Postnatal - Personalised Programme

Prenatal - Personalised Programme

We know that every pregnancy is different. If you’re looking for safe and effective workouts and movement modifications during pregnancy then get in touch today to discuss a personalised programme.

Programme Overview:

Each programme is tailored to your pregnancy but focusses on the following pillars;

  • Safe strength training and modifications

  • Improving energy levels

  • Deep core activation - preparing for childbirth and beyond

Who Can Participate?

We will discuss any contraindications (reasons not to exercise) during your free enquiry call.

What to Expect

We start with a free 1-1 phone call to discuss your pregnancy journey and deliver your custom programme on the Fitr app. It has a breakdown of every movement with video instructions.

We will advise you on any additional kit you might require if exercising from home, such as dumbbells and resistance bands.

Core-Restore

Our 4 week long comprehensive postpartum programme carefully crafted for new Mums seeking to regain core strength and confidence after childbirth. Designed specifically for newly postpartum women, it will allow mums to reconnect with their body and prepare them to return to exercise.

It features 3x 20 minute sessions per week that can be done at home in your own time, bodyweight exercises only.

In order to participate in this programme you should have been cleared to exercise by your GP.

Return to Running

Our 8 week long return to running programme carefully crafted for new Mums seeking to start running after childbirth. Designed specifically for newly postpartum women (ideally at 4 months PP or more). At the end of the 8 weeks the goal is to run a 5k feeling strong and confident.

It features the following:

2 x 30-45 minute strength sessions per week that can be done at home in your own time, using dumbbells and resistance bands, focussing on deep core activation, unilateral movements and strengthening key muscles.

2 x 20-30 minute running sessions per week with guidance on warm up and walk to run ratios, gradually building up intensity.

In order to participate in this programme you should have been cleared to exercise by your GP.
