Loren Dyga “Loz” - Co-founder
Loz is a dedicated fitness professional with ten years of experience as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach. Prior to her career in fitness, she worked as a school teacher, refining her communication and empathy skills.
Her expertise lies in CrossFit coaching, emphasising correct technique and personalised programming. Recently, Loz completed specialised training in pre and postnatal exercise, aiming to support expecting and new mothers.
Outside of coaching and training, Loz aspires to start a family of her own. Her commitment to empowering individuals to live healthier lives remains unwavering as she continues to motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Jen Slaughter - Co-founder
Jen is a pre & postnatal fitness trainer dedicated to the well-being of mothers. Last year, she shifted from a 13-year career in marketing to pursue her passion for fitness full-time, driven by her own experiences with the mental and emotional benefits of gym workouts. A longtime enthusiast of CrossFit and weightlifting, and a regular competitor in fitness events, Jen understands the transformative power of physical activity. She now leads FMC Strong Mums classes in Wandsworth, focused fitness sessions designed to help new mothers reclaim and enhance their strength and confidence. Through these classes, Jen offers a supportive space for mums of all different fitness abilities.
